Court Days

Court Days is a long-standing cultural event in Franklin County. It was the day the traveling circuit court judge came to town. It is remembered as a day of meeting friends, making music, trading goods, and "taking care of business". Court Days, 2019 is the 5th annual event in Downtown Rocky Mount. Multiple activities are planned for the day. To promote our history of music, local and regional bands will perform at The Farmers Market in Downtown. The music, emphasizing traditional bluegrass, family friendly games, a Kids Zone activity center, a vintage car display, and multiple food and craft vendors will be on hand for all to enjoy. And, there is plenty of room for dancing! Admission is FREE. Come to Franklin County and make your own memories! BACK TO ALL EVENTS
